Alice V. Lawrence, 86, of Crocker, was born on December 30, 1935, at Dupo, Illinois, a daughter of William and Bonnie (Loless) Belleville and departed this life at 5:57 a.m., Sunday, May 22, 2022 in the Life Care Center of Waynesville.

Mrs. Lawrence was united in marriage to Junior Lawrence, Sr. on May 28, 1956 at Waynesville and to this union, five children were born. She was preceded in death by her husband, Junior on March 15, 2012; her son, Junior Lawrence, Jr. on June 13, 2011; her parents, William and Bonnie Belleville; two brothers, Bill Bob Belleville and Don Belleville and four sisters, Helen Tanner, Mary Jane Proctor, June Mentola and Betty Dixon.

Mrs. Lawrence was baptized on August 27, 1988 and was a faithful member of the Concord Christian Church. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Waynesville and was a loving and devoted housewife and homemaker. Early in her life, she had worked as a waitress for various area Café's. She enjoyed BBQ's, cooking and being with her family.

Those left to cherish the memories of Mrs. Lawrence include: her children: Peggy Sue Vanderhoof, Waynesville, Patricia Lynn Lawrence, Lebanon, Chystral Joanne (Richard, Jr.) Walck, state of Pennsylvania and Angie Marie (Bill) Hooper, Iberia; eleven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held for Mrs. Lawrence from 5 – 7 p.m., Thursday, May 26, 2022 and from 12 to service time at 1 p.m. on Friday, May 27, 2022 all in the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Chapel, Crocker.

Interment will be in the Antioch Cemetery near Crocker under the direction of the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Crocker. Pallbearers for Mrs. Lawrence will be Hunter Lewis, Braxton Lewis, Aaron Smith, Logan Smith, Jaden Thomas and Quinten Lawrence.
