MRS. ALISON NICHOLLS
Alison Leigh Nicholls, of Crocker, was born on December 27, 1961 at Fort Worth, Texas a daughter of Alvie and Sally (Fancher) Polk, and departed this life at 12:10 a.m., Saturday morning, July 7, 2012, in the Phelps County Regional Medical Center, Rolla, following a brief illness. Alison had attained the age of 50 years, 6 months and 10 days.
Alison was united in marriage on March 11, 1993, at Waynesville to Michael Lyn Nicholls. She was preceded in death by and infant son, Timothy and her father.
Alison attended the Swedeborg Christian Church and had accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior and followed her Lord in baptism. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend, Alison will indeed be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Those left to mourn the passing of Alison include: her husband, Mike Nicholls, Crocker; her mother Sally Polk, Crocker; her step-father, Jim Fagre, Swedeborg; four sons, Dustin Pierce and partner, Manuel, San Antonio, Texas; Tyler Pierce and wife, Megan, Crocker; Benjamin Nicholls and wife, Mya, Talagaw, Oklahoma; Jonathan Nicholls and wife, Angelic, Colorado Springs, Colorado; one daughter, Micah Pierce, Crocker; two brothers, Nathan Fagre and wife, Heather, Swedeborg and Chuck Garrett, state of Texas; one sister, Leslie Jarboe, Richland; ten grandchildren, Presley, Landon, Preston, Teagen, Taya, Tate, Thomas, Rodney Michael, Jayln and Cale; and many other relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held for Alison at 5:00 p.m., Thursday, July 12, 2012, in the Swedeborg Christian Church with Bro. Vernon Oakley officiating.
