Obituary

Amy Louella Bruff, age 50, of Dixon, was born on March 23, 1975, in Rolla, a daughter of Phillip Dane and Relora Mae (Warnol) Hinkle, and passed from this life on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at her residence in Dixon.

She was united in marriage on January 4, 1997, in Dixon, to Tommy "Travis" Dale Bruff, and to this union two children were born.

Amy received the Lord Jesus Christ as her personal Savior while attending the Word of Life Fellowship Church, Dixon. She was a 1993 graduate of the Dixon R-1 School System and went on to receive her accreditation as a Medical Assistant. Amy had assisted several Doctors in the area and  had also worked in home health. She was a devoted wife, mother, homemaker, and home schooler, and loved being with her family. She enjoyed camping, going to the lake, shopping, and her dogs

Those left to mourn the passing of Amy include: Her husband of 29 years, Tommy "Travis" Bruff of the home in Dixon; son, Gavin Bruff, daughter, Brooke Bruff both of Dixon; granddaughter, Kamryn Grace, and grandson, Bryson, and father and stepmother, Phillip and Tammy Hinkle, Harrisburg, Arkansas; mother, Relora Warnol, Dixon; father-in-law, Thomas Bruff, St. Joseph; brothers, Daniel (Kris) Hinkle, Dixon, Cody Dane (Courtney) Hinkle, Harrisburg, Arkansas, Jerad (Alivia) Hinkle, Radcliff, Iowa; sisters, Wendy (Jeromie) Phillips, and Christen Hinkle, all of Harrisburg, Arkansas; brother-in-law, Jeremy Bruff, sister-in-law, Brandy Bruff-Bridger, both of St. Joseph; uncles; aunts; nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.

She was preceded  in death by her mother-in-law, Debbie Bruff; paternal grandparents, Tom and Alma Hinkle; maternal grandparents, W.T and Thelma Warnol, along with uncles and aunts.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until her service time at 12:00 noon in the Martin-Kloeppel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Dixon, with Pastor Ryan Anderson, Sheppard Baptist Church officiating.

Per Amy's wishes the family elected cremation following her funeral service. Honorary Pallbearers will be Liberty Rea, Robbin Denham, Brooklyn Baker, and Michelle Darlington.

Memorials contributions are suggested per the wishes of the family with envelopes available at the funeral home on the day of his visitation or c/o the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, P.O. Box 250, Vienna, MO 65582.
