Arthur Lee Burdick, of Dixon, was born on January 15, 1951, at Laddonia a son of Arthur Leroy and Inez (Pickering) Burdick and departed this life at 3:22 p.m., Saturday, November 17, 2018, at the Dixon Nursing and Rehab Center, Dixon. Arthur had attained the age of 67 years, 10 months and 2 days.

Arthur had worked as a mechanic prior to his retirement. He enjoyed camping, fishing, playing Bingo, going to garage sales and loved his animals.

Those left to mourn the passing of Arthur include: his sisters, D'Ann DeWitt, Andover, Kansas; Shirley Harvey and husband, Alan, and Sherry Parker and husband, Don, all of Augusta, Kansas; Barb Reardon and husband, Ed, Dixon and Lynn Burdick and son, Dalen, Salina, Kansas; numerous nephews and nieces; great-nephews and great-nieces; and many other relatives and friends.

Arthur was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Inez Burdick and two brothers, Donnie Burdick and Danny Burdick.

Funeral services were conducted for Arthur at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 21, 2018 in the Long-Kloeppel Funeral chapel, Dixon, with Pastor Jerry Dooley, Word of Life Fellowship Church, Dixon officiating.

The family elected cremation following the funeral services under the direction of the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Dixon.
