Charles Dean "Charlie" Foster, of Dixon, was born on December 21, 1966, at Waynesville, a son of Billy Oneil and Cora Mae (Beal) Foster and departed this life at 11:55 p.m., Friday, February 19, 2016, in the Dixon Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Dixon. Charlie had been in failing health and had attained the age of 49 years, 1 month and 26 days.

Charlie was preceded in death by one daughter, Mallory Foster on October 2, 1992; his father, Billy Foster on August 20, 1985 and his grandparents.

Charlie had worked for the City of Dixon in general maintenance and reading water meters. He loved being with his family and friends, caring for his animals and going fishing.

Those left to mourn the passing of Charlie include: his mother, Cora Foster, Dixon; one son, Dustin Charles Foster, Dixon; two daughters, Amanda Foster, Vienna and Jerrica Foster, Brinktown; his significate other, Tricia Claiborn, Dixon; four brothers, Ronald (Judy Elms) Foster, Billy Foster, Randy (Anna) Foster and Bobby Foster, all of Dixon; three sisters, Scharlene Elms, Eldon, Tena Warner and Donna Foster, both of Dixon; two grandchildren, Jayce and Lainey; numerous nephews and nieces; and many other relatives and friends.
