Obituary

David Alan Miller, 67, of Lebanon, was born on October 16, 1953, at Cheyenne, Wyoming, a son of Paul Keith and Donna Carroll (Babick) Miller and departed this life at 7:50 a.m., Friday, April 23, 2021 at his residence.

Mr. Miller was united in marriage on August 3, 1973 at Kansas City, Kansas to Miss Deby Sue Claiborne and to this union, four children were born. He was preceded in death by his mother, Donna Shapiro.

Mr. Miller was a United States Air Force veteran. He had worked as a mechanic and later was a truck driver for over twenty years. He loved sports, especially the Kansas City Chiefs, the Kansas City Royals and NASCAR. He enjoyed restoring old cars in his spare time.

Those left to mourn the passing of Mr. Miller include: his wife, Deby Miller of the home in Lebanon; his father and step-mother, Paul and Jody Miller; his children, Mark and Della Miller, Lebanon; Jason and Chiaki Miller, McKinney, Texas; Robert and Tonya Miller, Lebanon and Sandy and Rob Lemery, Lake Mary, Florida; one sister, Ruth Ann McKinney, Lakeland, Florida; ten grandchildren, Bryan, Jasmine, Zachary, Bailey, Madison, Valerie, Aly, Isabella, Peyton and Paxton; and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 3 - 5 p.m. on Sunday, April 25, 2021 and from 12 - 1 p.m. with Mr. Miller's funeral service at 1:00 p.m., Monday, April 26, 2021, in the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Chapel, Crocker with Bro. Bill Claiborn, Hilltop Union Christian Church, Crocker officiating.

Interment with full military honors will be in the Crocker Cemetery under the direction of the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Crocker. Pallbearers for Mr. Miller are Mark Miller, Jason Miller, Robert Miller, Rob Lemery, Bailey Lemery and Bryan Miller. His honorary pallbearers are Zachary Miller, Peyton Miller and Paxton Miller.

Memorial contributions are suggested by the family to the Crocker Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund or per the wishes of the family with envelopes available at the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Crocker.
