Obituary

Debra Mae Rowe, age 72 of Crocker, was born on September 2, 1951, in Prince George County, Virginia, a daughter of Herbert and Betty (Greiner) Mitchell and departed this life at 7:45 p.m., Sunday evening, March 3, 2024 in the Mercy Hospital, St. Louis.

Mrs. Rowe was united in marriage on February 19, 1972 at Lancaster, Pennsylvania to Timothy H. Rowe and to this union, two daughters were born. She was preceded in death by her father, Herbert and her mother, Betty.

Mrs. Rowe was baptized on February 2, 1986 while attending the Crocker Christian Church. At the time of her passing, she was a long-time member of the Christ's Mission Church, St. Robert where she had served as a Sunday School teacher and helping out wherever there was a need. Mrs. Rowe was the owner and operator of Toddle Town Day Care retiring in 2001 as well as being a loving and devoted housewife and homemaker. She loved her children, grandchildren and her daycare children, helping others and gardening.

Those left to mourn the passing of Mrs. Rowe include: her husband, Tim Rowe, Crocker; their children, Staci (Stephen) VanPelt, Osage Beach and Deanna (Troy) Busch, Crocker; her grandchildren, Andrea (Tyler) Birdsong, Wyatt VanPelt, Laney VanPelt, Kayla Busch, Mackenzie Busch and Tyler Busch; two great-grandchildren, Liam and Bodhi Birdsong; her brother, Michael Mitchell; her step-brother, Philip Winsor; her step-sister, Sandi Winsor-Phillips; nephew, Sean Mitchell and niece, Kirstin Mitchell; her extended family, Tom and Amy Leturgez and their children, Heather and Bo and their children, Jasmine, Iris and Joseph; Missy, and Ashley and Sean and their children, Austyn, Riley and Jackson and Chad Thornsberry; her church family and many other relatives and friends.

Following the wishes of Debra, the family elected cremation under the direction of the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Home and Cremation Services with a celebration of life to be announced at a later date, time and place.
