Donna Cecile Corbin, age 82, of Dixon, was born December 14, 1942, in Upland, California, a daughter of Malcolm and Elizabeth (Vance) Hern Jr., and passed from this life on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at her residence near Dixon.

She was united in marriage November 1, 1963, in Pomona, California, to John Canfield Corbin, who proceeded her in death on November 11, 2022.

Donna was a member of the United Methodist Church, Dixon. She enjoyed crocheting blankets, reading, sewing, jigsaw puzzles, thrift store shopping with her grandchildren, but she especially loved spending time with her family and her dog, Gigget.

During her working life Donna was employed with the Las Vegas Airport as a security guard for 20 plus years, retiring in 2006, when she moved to Missouri to be closer to her sons.

Those left to celebrate the life of Donna include: her three sons, Michael Corbin and wife, Viola, White City, Oregon; Scott Corbin and wife, Tonya, Dixon; and Christopher Corbin, Dixon; two brothers, Rick Hern of Chapel Hill, Texas, and Al Hern of Antioch, California; 17 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.

A Memorial service will be held for Mrs. Donna Corbin on Friday, June 20, 2025, at 12 Noon, in the Martin-Kloeppel Funeral Home Chapel, 205 W. Third Street, Dixon, MO 65459, under the direction of Martin-Kloeppel Funeral Homes and Cremation Services.
