Harper Nicole Carroll, of Dixon, was born on January 21, 2015, at Rolla, a daughter of Ryan Stevens and Heaven Wells, and departed this life at 9:20 a.m., Sunday, April 24, 2016 at her residence in Dixon. Harper had attained the age of 1 year, 3 months, and 3 days.

Those left to mourn the passing of Harper include: her father, Ryan Stevens and her mother, Heaven Wells, both of Dixon; maternal grandmother, Angela Veltrop, Jefferson City and Shara Fronzaglio, Dixon; paternal grandparents, Jennifer Carroll and Shawn Carroll, both of Dixon; Sandra Bisbee, Branson; Kathy and Richard Carroll, state of Pennsylvania; great-great-grandparents, Nancy and Kenneth Keeth, Rolla; uncles, Austin Keeth, Justin Keeth, Ethan Keeth, and Shawn Carroll, Jr., all of Dixon, aunt, Shelby Stevens, Dixon; and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 10 - 11 a.m. with the funeral service at 11 a.m., all on Thursday, April 28, 2016 in the First Baptist Church, Dixon. Interment in the Dixon Cemetery
