Hazel Eileen Clinkenbeard Chapman, of Crocker was born on February 1, 1935, at Crocker, a daughter of Floyd Ernest and Lola Mae (Boulware) Moore and departed this life at 11:03 a.m., Tuesday, March 17, 2020 in the Lake Regional Hospital, Osage Beach. Mrs. Chapman had attained the age of 85 years, 1 month and 16 days.

Mrs. Chapman was united in marriage on December 12, 1953, at Crocker to Leslie H. Clinkenbeard and to this union, two children were born. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1988 and later in 1995 was united in marriage to Shelby Chapman who preceded her in death in 2012. In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by her father in 1989; her mother in 1987 and two brothers, Clyde E. Moore in 1984 and Chester D. Moore in 2018.

Mrs. Chapman was baptized early in life and was a faithful member of the Assembly of God Church, Crocker and attended until her health no longer permitted. When Mrs. Chapman could no longer attend church, Pastor Richard Harris from the Amazing Grace Fellowship Church would visit and deliver meals to her. She was a housewife and homemaker for all her working life and enjoyed flowers, traveling and being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Those left to mourn the passing of Mrs. Chapman include: her daughter and son-in-law, Wanda Kay and Don Martin, Rocky Mount and Randall and Tammy Clinkenbeard, state of Missouri; one brother and sister-in-law, Clinton and Betty Moore, Crocker; one sister and brother-in-law, Wanda and Bill Walters, Crocker; two grandchildren, Justin (Leah) Martin, Lake Ozark and Tiffani (Mat) Thompson, Liberty; five great-grandchildren, Luke, Elijah, Sarah Beth, Brandon and Brianna; three step grandchildren, Nathan and Ashley Stegall and Kassidy Stumbaugh; one step great-grandchild, Isabella; nephews; nieces and other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held for Mrs. Chapman at 1:00 p.m., on Friday, March 20, 2020 in the Assembly of God Cemetery, Crocker with Pastor Richard Harris, Amazing Grace Fellowship Church officiating.

Memorial contributions are suggested by the family to the Amazing Grace Fellowship Church, Crocker or to the Activities Center at the Laurie Care Center, Laurie.
