Janice Elaine Lively, age 71, of Crocker, was born on March 16, 1954, at Swedeborg, a daughter of Robert James and Ruth Elizabeth (Anders) Lively and passed from this life on Sunday, December 28, 2025 at her residence.

Janice was baptized early in life at the Bethlehem Baptist Church, Swedeborg and had attended the Gasconade Baptist Church, Dixon.  She enjoyed sewing, listening to music, and dolls. Janice retired from Waynesville Security Bank where she had been a proof operator and trained the tellers.

Those left to mourn her passing includes: one brother, John Lively, Crocker; two sisters, Joyce Lively and June Dixon both of Crocker; numerous nephews and nieces; great nephews and nieces; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her companion of thirty years, Danny Rickerson in 2010; her father Robert in 1980; her mother Ruth in 1986; two brothers, James Lively in 2008 and Jerry Lively in 2021; and four sisters, Judy Katherine Pemberton in 1994, Jackie Sue Lively in 2006, Jane Elizabeth Lively in 2009, and Joanna Lynn Bledsoe in 2023.

Visitation will be held for Janice from 11 a.m. until the time of her service at 12 noon, all on Friday, January 2, 2025, in the Martin-Kloeppel Funeral Chapel, Crocker. Pastor Joshua Sutton, Gasconade Baptist Church will officiate.

Interment will be in the Sheppard Cemetery under the direction of the Martin-Kloeppel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Dixon.
