Jayden Davis, of Thorn Hill, Tennessee, formerly of Crocker, was born on April 6, 2006, at Lebanon, a son of Deanna Marie Moore and departed this life at 5:33 p.m., Friday, January 10, 2014, in Kingsport, Tennessee. Jayden had attained the age of 7 years, 9 months, and 4 days.
Jayden had attended Crocker Elementary School and was enrolled in school in Tennessee, where he would have been in the 2nd grade. He enjoyed building things, painting, cooking, feeding the cows on the farm and playing on his tablet.
Those left to mourn the passing of Jayden include: his mother and step-father, Deanna Moore and Robert Milton, Thorn Hill, Tennessee; one sister, Angel Eubanks and one step-brother, Blake Milton, both of Thorn Hill, Tennessee; his maternal grandfather, Bob Moore, Crocker; his maternal grandmother, Ute Grimsley, Crocker; two uncles, Tom Moore, Eagle River, Alaska and Clyde Seger, Anchorage, Alaska; four aunts, Terri Stoikes, Crocker; Grace Obay, state of Washington; Lillie Seger, Columbus, Georgia and Manuela Johnson, Mesa, Arizona; a special great-aunt, Ruth Owens, Crocker; and many other relatives and friends.
Jayden was preceded in death by his Aunt Kathy Miller.
Funeral services were conducted for Jayden at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 17, 2014, in the Hilltop Christian Union Church, Crocker, with Bro. Billy Claiborn officiating. Sherry Moore provided special singing.
Interment was in the Mitchell Chapel Cemetery near Crocker, under the direction of the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Crocker. Pallbearers for Jayden were Clyde Seger, Joe Krouse, Kenneth Moore, Scott Johnson, John Mazurek and Kenneth Sharpe, Jr.
