Jennifer Kay Jones, 65, of Crocker, was born on September 13, 1957, at Marion, Ohio, a daughter of Robert Swihart and Dorothy Jayne (Greer) Norton, a kind and gentle soul, winged her way to heaven on Wednesday evening, December 28, 2022.

Jennifer was united in marriage on July 14, 1974, at the Faith Lutheran Church, St. Robert, to Mr. Danny Luke Jones and to this union, three children were born. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Dorothy; two sons, Jason Christopher Jones on October 19, 2008 and Patrick Daniel Jones on November 9, 2021; her brother, Mark Norton on December 6, 2022 and an infant brother.

Jennifer was baptized early in life while living in Ohio. She had worked at Fort Leonard Wood for several years and later was the manager for Delano Oil Company, Crocker. Jennifer enjoyed crocheting, computer games and watching TV as well as being with her family.

Those left to mourn the passing of Jennifer include: her husband of 48 years, Danny Jones; her daughter, Nicole Jones-Green; her sister and brother-in-law, Kathy and Jack Keeth, all of Crocker; her eight grandchildren, Payton, Paige, Chance, Jesse, Anthony, Houston, Christopher and Jason as well as many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 11:30 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m., all on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 in the Crocker Presbyterian Church at 414 South Commercial, Crocker with Pastor Bill Agnew officiating.

Honorary pallbearers are, Jesse Green, Christopher Parker, Jason Bell, Chance Jones, Houston Woods, Anthony Green, Paige Jones, Payton Jones-Green and Rob Keeth.

Memorial contributions are suggested per the wishes of the family with envelopes available at the church the day of service or the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Crocker.
