Joseph Lee "Joe" Barnes, of Crocker, was born on December 3, 1967, at Waynesville a son of Joseph Ted and Evelyn Rose (Wilson) Barnes and departed this life at 10:23 p.m., Monday, January 4, 2021 in the Lake Regional Health System, Osage Beach. Joe had attained the age of 53 years, 1 month and 1 day.

Joe was united in marriage on December 19, 2004 to Patricia Fair. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph in April of 2003.

Joe had worked at a concrete plant and was a truck driver for many years. He loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting and gardening and you could not have asked for a better "Procrastinator". Joe loved his family deeply and truly enjoyed life. He will be remembered as a wonderful husband, father, son, brother and friend.

Joe will be missed by his family which include: his loving wife, Patricia Barnes of the home near Crocker; his four children, Kayla Barnes and her spouse, Nathan Stradt, Jefferson City; Joseph "A.J." Barnes and his spouse, Lorraine Duke, Hayden Barnes and Haylee Barnes all of Crocker; his mother, Evelyn "Sue" Barnes; three grandchildren, Mischa Stradt, Skarlett Duke and Mona Barnes; his sister and brother-in-law, Tonia and Jamie Jackson and their children and countless relatives and friends.

The family will hold a Celebration of life in memory of Joe to be announced at a later date and time.
