Juanita Ann Bollinger, of Crocker, was born on January 30, 1941, at Crocker, a daughter of Thurman and Ruby (Crews) Laws and departed this life at 12:13 p.m., Tuesday, July 24, 2018 in the University Hospital and Clinics, Columbia. Juanita had attained the age of 77 years, 5 months and 24 days.
Juanita was first united in marriage to Heber Augustus "Gus" Maxey and to this union four children were born. Later on February 17, 1995 in Clay County, Arkansas, she was united in marriage to James Bollinger. Juanita was preceded in death by her husbands; one son, Monte E. Maxey; her parents, Thurman and Ruby; and one sister, Kay Hamilton.
Juanita was a graduate of Crocker High School and had just attended her High School Class reunion. She had been employed at Fort Leonard Wood and enjoyed sewing and crafting, going to thrift stores and feeding all animals.
Those left to mourn the passing of Juanita include: her children, Greg Maxey, Joe Maxey and Melody Wright, all of Crocker; her daughter-in-law, Delores Maxey, Phoenix, Arizona; four brothers, Larry Laws, Cabot, Arkansas; Daryl Laws, Republic; Terry Laws, Camdenton and Mike Laws, Petersburg, Illinois; two sisters, Joan York, Richland and Linda Keeth, Columbia; four grandchildren, Deborah, Michael, Steven and Adam; four great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
