Obituary

Kathryn Louise Warnol, of Rolla, formerly of Dixon, was born on August 29, 1944, near Jerome on the old Howell place, a daughter of William Theron and Thelma Viola (Wagoner) Warnol and departed this life at 4:45 a.m., Friday, January 15, 2021 in the Silverstone Place, Rolla. Kathryn had attained the age of 76 years, 4 months and 17 days.

Kathryn was baptized early in life and had attended the Apostolic Faith Church, Jerome and then later was a member of the Calvary Apostolic Faith Church, St. James. She had worked for Brown Shoe Company, Dixon and later worked in the cafeteria for Phelps County Regional Medical Center, Rolla. Aunt Kassie as she was known by to her many nephews and nieces, enjoyed working puzzles, reading and visiting with her friends.

Those left to mourn the passing of Kathryn include: her son, John Charles Cardin, Jr. and his wife, Margaret, state of Florida; two grandchildren, Tabitha Warden and husband, Josh, Rolla; Samantha Kay Cardin, Great Falls, Montana; six great-grandchildren, Kyler, Brockdon, Alexus, Riley, Melody and Piper; one brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Tina Warnol, Dixon; two sisters, Carolyn Jean Evans and Relora Warnol, both of Dixon; numerous nephews and nieces; two special friends, Winnie and Lisa; and many other relatives and friends.

Kathryn was preceded in death by her father, Theron on March 8, 2001; her mother, Thelma on May 29, 2012; two brothers, William Chesley Warnol and Carl Eugene Warnol; three sisters, Erma Louella Warnol at age 3 years; Neoma Sommer and Barbara Warnol and two brothers-in-law, George "Bud" Sommer and Norman R. Evans.

Graveside services at 11 a.m., Monday, January 18, 2021 in the Warnol Family Cemetery with Pastor Bradley R. Dimock, Calvary Apostolic Church, St. James officiating.

Interment is in the Warnol Family Cemetery next to her beloved sister, Barbara under the direction of the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Dixon.
