Kenneth "Paul" Baker, 68, of Tuscumbia, formerly of Crocker, was born on December 19, 1954 in Pulaski County a son of John Lexie, Sr. and Eula Mae (Lovell) Baker and departed this life at 5:25 a.m., on Sunday, August 13, 2023 in the Miller County Care and Rehabilitation Center, Tuscumbia.

Paul had worked as an over the road truck driver for RBX, Sedalia for many years until his health was failing.

Those left to mourn the passing of Paul include: his daughter, Tonianna Baker of Tennessee; three brothers, John Lexie Baker, Jr., Oklahoma; Charles Baker, Crocker and Jerry Baker, Waynesville; two sisters, Paulette Duncan, Iberia and Lucy Baker, Waynesville; two grandchildren; numerous nephews and nieces and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, John on August 14, 1999; his mother, Eula Mae on October 15, 2000; one brother, Robert Baker and two sisters, Rose Johnson and infant Dawn Baker.

The family will gather at a later date and time in the Hawkeye Cemetery to celebrate the life of Paul and lay him to rest near his brother and parents.
