Kenny Moore, of Crocker, was born on April 23, 1944, at Crocker, a son of Kenneth Franklin and Pearl Marie (Best) Moore, and departed this life at 8:24 a.m., Monday morning, April 16, 2018 in the Mercy Hospital, Springfield. Kenny had attained the age of 73 years, 11 months and 24 days.

Kenny was united in marriage on December 15, 1961, at Crocker, to Vera Jean Harmon and to this union, three children were born. Mrs. Moore preceded her husband in death on January 12, 2005. On March 24, 2007, Kenny was united in marriage to Sherry Ann Case, who preceded him in death on November 7, 2016. In addition to his wives, he was preceded in death by his father on February 22, 1997; his mother on June 3, 2005 and one brother, Charley Moore on July 31, 2009.

Kenny was baptized early in life and at the time of his passing was a member of the Unity Worship Center in Crocker. He had worked as  maintenance supervisor for MOCA, retiring in April 2006. Kenny enjoyed farming and working with his cattle, and gardening

Those left to mourn the passing of Kenny include: three daughters and sons-in-law, Debra and Donald Vine, Crocker; Lisa and Roy Doyel, Springfield and Shelly and Michael Sloan, Crocker; two special daughters, Margaret Tarpy and Sue Clotworthy; his step-children, Stephen Woody, William Woody and Katy Masoner; one brother and sister-in-law, James and Ollie Moore, Camdenton; one sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Jim Dake, St. Charles; nine grandchildren, Chris, Darin, Trisha, Courtney, Erica, Tyler, Cody, Justin and Zack; eight great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
