The stillbirth of Lilly Grace Medlen transpired at 12:30 p.m., Thursday, November 5, 2015, in the Lake Regional Health System, Osage Beach.

Those left to mourn the passing of Lilly Grace include: her parents, B.J. and Traci Medlen, Crocker; three sisters, Lindsay Medlen, Megan Becker and Destiny Medlen all of Crocker; paternal grandparents, Bill and Angie Medlen, Crocker; maternal grandparents, John R. and Dawn Beasley, Richland and Janet and James Maness, Richland; ; paternal great-grandmother, Pansy Rickerson, Swedeborg; maternal great-grandmother, Joann Beasley, Richland; paternal great-great-grandmother, Violet Cowan, Crocker; Uncles and Aunts Jason Medlen, Crocker, James and Susie Jeffries, state of Oklahoma; Fred and Terri Brown, Ozark; James Maness, Richland; Nathan and Ashley Maness, Richland; Brittany Jeffries, Richland and Jason Gerding, state of Illinois; and many other relatives.

Lilly Grace was preceded in death by maternal great-grandmother, Betty Taiclet; maternal great-grandfather, Dale Beasley; paternal great-grandparents, Bill and Jenny Medlen; paternal great-grandfather, Robert Rickerson; paternal great-aunts, Gloria Blanton, Donna Holt and Trina Witt; and cousins, Kristen Decker and Joseph Neighbors, Jr.

Funeral services were conducted for Lilly Grace at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 11, 2015 in the Hilltop Christian Union Church, Crocker with Bro. Bill Claiborn officiating.

Private interment was in the Antioch Cemetery near Crocker under the direction of the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Crocker. Honorary pallbearers for Lilly are Jason Medlen, Larry Franklin, Jr., William Frederickson and Matt Thomas.
