Orville Edward "Eddie Coleman, of Crocker, was born in Phelps County, Missouri, a son of Orville Edward and Evelyn Kendall (Pottenger) Soper and his adoptive mother, Alta Coleman, on November 21, 1954 and departed this life at 3:22 p.m., Friday, January 15, 2021 in the Mercy Hospital Lebanon. Eddie had attained the age of 66 years, 1 month and 25 days.

Eddie enjoyed going to church, his job at Cracker Barrell and the Pulaski County Workshop, Richland, volunteering at the Good Samaritan, the Crocker Fire Department and being an honorary member of the Crocker Police Department.  He was always willing to help others and was the first one ready to go when someone said "Travel". Eddie loved his animals, being out of doors and the St. Louis Cardinals.

Eddie leaves a multitude of friends to cherish his memory.

A visitation will be held from 12:30 until 1:30 p.m. with his memorial at 1:30 p.m., all on Friday, March 26, 2021, with Jimmy Moore officiating in the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Chapel, Crocker.

Private burial will be held at a later time and date in the Crocker Cemetery under the direction of the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Crocker.
