Patrick Anthony "Pat" Neuman, age 67, of Dixon was born on June 29, 1957, at Frankfurt, Germany, a son of William John and Martha Lou (Holtsman) Neuman. Pat departed this life at Phelps Health in Rolla.

Pat was united in marriage on October 14, 2000, at Dixon, to Kathy Jeannine Hill.

Pat worked for MODOT for 33 years, before retiring as Regional Superintendent on May 1, 2013. He loved hunting, watching westerns, and enjoyed working. He always welcomed everyone into his home, friends and family. Pat was always there for the good and fun times. Pat never wanted much other than making sure his family had what they wanted or needed.

Those left to mourn the passing of Pat include: his wife, Kathy Neuman, Dixon; his children, Dylan Neuman, Columbia; Trevor Plemmons, Holli Ringer, and Erica (Trent) Harrison all of Crocker; his siblings, Mike (Susan) Neuman, Alex (Karen) Neuman, and Pam (Jody) Burgess all of Crocker and Rod (Jeannie) Neuman, Iberia; Beverly Noblin, St. Robert. Six grandchildren: Jordan (Justin) Rogers, Anthony Plemmons, Natalie Plemmons, Ely Harrison, Laney Harrison, and Carter Harrison; two great-grandchildren, Tatum and Cohen; numerous nephews and nieces; many other relatives and friends and his beloved dog, Resse.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Neuman; his mother, Martha Neuman; one brother, Steve Neuman; two sisters, Karen Neuman and her twin, Sharon Neuman; one grandchild, Gavin Williams; and grandparents Eunice Schwein and Doyl Holtsman.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until the time of his service at 6 p.m., all on Thursday, November 21, 2024, in the Martin-Kloeppel Funeral Chapel, Crocker.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in honor of Mr. Patrick Anthony Neuman are suggested per the wishes of the family, with envelopes available at the funeral home or in care of Martin-Kloeppel Funeral Home at P.O. Box 700, Crocker, MO 65452.
