Patsy Rowden, of Dixon, Missouri was born on November 26, 1943 in Iberia, Missouri, the daughter of the late Willard and Linnie (Rowden) Dake.  Patsy went home to be with her Lord and Savior on September 8, 2021.

Patsy loved her family and was passionate about singing, homemaking, and was an avid seamstress and baker.  She was a hard worker and served in the church in many capacities to include Missionettes, Sunday school teacher, housekeeper, and song leader. She also had a sixteen year career with Alltel Telephone Company.  After retirement, more than anything she loved spending time with her family and siblings.  Reunions were always a highlight of her summer.

Patsy leaves behind her husband, Bob Rowden of the home.  They were wed on December 8, 1961 in Dixon, Missouri and would have celebrated 60 years together in December.

Those who mourn her passing include their two children, Pamela (Rowden) George and husband, Greg, and Kevin Rowden and wife, Dawnita;  five grandchildren; Nichole and husband, Adam, Joshua and wife, Dawn, Alex, Matt, and Amy;  seven greatgrandchildren; Ethan, Jack, Cole, Addi, Isaac, Ryker, and Emerson; two sisters; Jane Rankin and Kate Leonard; three brothers, Gerald Dake, Donley Dake and David Dake.

In addition to her parents, Patsy was preceded in death by her sisters, Lola Sauls, Naomi Barton, Ruth Wiles and Priscilla Mae Dake; and one brother, Wade Dake.

Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until service time at 2 p.m.  on Saturday, September 11, 2021 in the Dixon Assembly of God Church with Pastor Scott Ballard and Bro. Richard Sinden officiating.

Interment will be in the Dixon Cemetery under the direction of the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Dixon Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund.
