Obituary

Paula Aldorondo Jimenez, of Crocker, was born on October 19, 1929, at Isabella, Puerto, Rico, a daughter of Ramon and Christina (Perez) Aldorondo, and departed this life on Thursday, May 16, 2013 in the Waynesville Life Care Center, Waynesville. Mrs. Jimenez had attained the age of 83 years, 7 months and 27 days.

Mrs. Jimenez was united in marriage on March 10, 1952, at Isabella, Puerto Rico to Felix Cordero Jimenez. She was preceded in death by her husband on February 23, 1996 and her parents.

Mrs. Jimenez had worked as a seamstress for most of her working life as well as being a loving and devoted wife and mother.

Those left to mourn the passing of Mrs. Jimenez include: one son, Felix Jimenez, Jr., St. Robert; two daughters, Lylian Jimenez-Martin, Silver Creek, Mississippi and Nancy Jimenez, Pearl, Mississippi; two brothers, Gilberto Aldorondo and Amando Aldorondo; three sisters, Nereida Aldorondo, Nora Aldorondo and Paula C. Aldorondo; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were conducted for Mrs. Jimenez at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, May 18, 2013, in the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Chapel, Crocker with Edwin Martin, Silver Creek, Mississippi, officiating.

Interment was in the Crocker Public Cemetery under the direction of the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Crocker. Pallbearers for Mrs. Jimenez were Larry Childer, Hank Swink, Mike Overby, Jerry Britt, Fransisco Reos and Edwin Martin.
