Robert Lee Hogshooter, of Dixon, was born on September 9, 1953, at Maricopa, Arizona, a son of William Dempsey and Deloras Sarah (Sinor) Hogshooter and departed this life at 4:05 p.m., Saturday, August 31, 2019 in the Dixon Nursing and Rehab. Mr. Hogshooter had attained the age of 65 years, 11 months and 22 days.

Mr. Hogshooter was a United States Army veteran and had worked at a feed mill while living in Arkansas. He enjoyed watching television, especially wrestling.

Those left to mourn the passing of Mr. Hogshooter include: two daughters, Deanna Hogshooter and Caroline Carpenter McKinley; two brothers and one sister-in-law, William Hogshooter and Carmon and Mary Hogshooter, all of Dixon; two sisters, Jeanie Chaves, state of California and Brenda O'Neal, Dixon; four grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; nephews; nieces and many other relatives and friends.

Mr. Hogshooter was preceded in death by his father, William in 1961; his mother, Sarah in 2019; one brother, Charles Hogshooter and one sister, Wanda Wagoner.

A Time of Remembrance will be held for Robert at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, October 12, 2019 in the Bank of Missouri Community Room, Dixon with burial to follow in the Seaton Cemetery.
