Ruby Pauline Case, a daughter of, Mark and Wilma (Potter) Claiborn, was born on August 8,1937, and passed from this life on June 8, 2024 at the age of 86.

Pauline was baptized early in life and was a member of Hilltop Christian Union Church in Crocker for over 60 years. She retired from H.D. Lee after 36 years as a sewing machine operator and worked at Warren's Store in Richland for 20 years. Pauline had many hobbies and interests. She mostly enjoyed quilting, reading, attending church, watching Jeopardy, and walking in the park. Her family will remember her for her quick wit and sense of humor.

She will be greatly missed by two sons, Steve and wife, Karen of Little Rock, Arkansas; Dale and his wife, Paula of Richland; two brothers, Bill Claiborn and Jerry Claiborn, both of Crocker; two sisters, Dorothy Krouse and Joyce Humphrey, both of Crocker; seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and several other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by two daughters, Sherry Moore, and an infant, Carol Jean Case; her parents; one sister, Joann Smith; and three brothers, Cecil, Chester, and Jim Claiborn.

Visitation for Pauline will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, and 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, with the funeral services following at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday all at Hilltop Christian Union Church, 22050 Burlington Road, Crocker, Missouri, 65452, with Pastors Doug Jacobson and Bill Claiborn officiating.

Interment for Pauline will be held in the Crocker Cemetery under the direction of the Martin-Kloeppel Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Crocker. Pallbearers for Pauline will be her grandsons Lucas Case, John Case, Steven Woody, William Woody, Michael Broyles, and nephew Billy Joe Claiborn.
