Sarah Ann Hoff, of Eldon, was born on April 20, 1987, a daughter of Arthur and Shelly (Hoff) Swyers and departed this life on Sunday, June 23, 2019, in the SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital, Jefferson City, following a brief illness. Sarah had attained the age of 32 years, 2 months and 3 days.

Sarah was baptized at an early age and at the time of her passing was a member of the Concord Christian Church, Crocker. She enjoyed computers, movies, country music, and NASCAR. One of her favorite things to do was traveling and collecting many stuffed animals from all the different places she traveled to.

Those left to mourn the passing of Sarah include: her parents, Arthur and Shelly Swyers, Eldon; one brother and sister-in-law, Matthew A. and Sharon Swyers, San Diego, California; one sister and brother-in-law, Rebecca M. and Cameron Wood, Suffolk, Virginia; her grandfather, Luther R. Hoff, Eldon; her grandmother, Donna F. Lawrence, Kaiser; her great-grandmother, Eula Lawrence, Crocker; her three nephews, Blake Swyers, Lucas Swyers and Isaac Wood; and many other relatives and friends.

Sarah was preceded in death by her grandparents, Arthur and Carol Swyers; her uncle, Kevin Swyers and her aunt, Karla Hoff.

Funeral services will be held for Sarah at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, June 27, 2019, in the Concord Christian Church, Crocker with Bro. Lee A. Todd officiating.

Interment will be in the Concord Cemetery, Crocker under the direction of the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Crocker. Pallbearers for Sarah will be Arthur Swyers, Matthew Swyers, Cameron Wood, Alan Fair, Richard Heenan, Jr. and Gabriel Wolf. Luther R. Hoff will serve as honorary pallbearer.

Memorials may be made per the wishes of the family in memory of Sarah Ann Hoff.
