Sarah Francis Deloris Hogshooter, of Dixon, was born on May 20, 1932, in Texas, a daughter of Robert Thomas and Ora C. (Worley) Sinor and departed this life at 5:00 a.m., on Friday morning, February 1, 2019 in the Dixon Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Dixon. Mrs. Hogshooter had attained the age of 86 years, 8 months and 12 days.
Mrs. Hogshooter was united in marriage on June 22, 1948, at Gilbert, Arizona to William Dempsey Hogshooter. She was preceded in death by her husband on November 17, 1961; her 2 nd husband, Billy Dan Goodman; her parents; one son, Charles Hogshooter; one daughter Wanda Wagoner; a son-in-law, Charlie Randall O'Neal; three brothers, infant Hilliard Lee Sinor; Virgil Sinor and Bennie Sinor; and one sister, Joyce Marion.
Mrs. Hogshooter was a past member of the Assembly of God Church, Dixon and had worked as a cook at the Country Café in St. Robert for many years. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, flowers and listening to Christian music.
Those left to mourn the passing of Mrs. Hogshooter include: three sons and one daughter-in-law, Robert Hogshooter, William Hogshooter and Carmon and Mary Hogshooter, all of Dixon; two daughters, Jeanie Chavez, Paris, California and Brenda O'Neal, Dixon; two brothers and one sister-in-law, R.T. and Francis Sinor, state of Arizona and Danny Sinor, Jefferson City; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren; nephews; nieces and other relatives and friends.
