Obituary

Sherry Ann Moore, of Crocker, was born on September 18, 1954, at Crocker, a daughter of Harry Alan and Ruby Pauline (Claiborn) Case, and departed this life at 1:45 p.m., Monday, November 7, 2016, in the Mercy Hospital, Springfield. Sherry had attained the age of 62 years, 1 month and 19 days.

Sherry was united in marriage on March 24, 2007, at the Hilltop Union Christian Church, Crocker to Kenneth Moore. She was preceded in death by her father, Harry on March 31, 2001 and one sister, Carol Jean Case on June 5, 1961.

Sherry was a member of the Unity Worship Center, Crocker and a former member of the Richland Saddle Club. Her passion was singing gospel music and playing the piano, but above all, she loved being with her grandbabies. Sherry had worked as an administrative assistant for MOCA, retiring in 2009.

Those left to cherish her memory include: her husband, Kenny Moore, Crocker; her mother, Pauline Case, Richland; two sons and daughters-in-law, Steven and Candice Woody, Highlandville and William and Lori Woody, Clinton; one daughter and son-in-law, Katy and Terry Masoner, Crocker; step children, Debra and Donald Vine, Crocker; Lisa and Roy Doyel, Springfield; Shelly and Michael Sloan, Crocker and Margaret Tarpy and Sue Clotworthy; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Steve and Karen Case, Little Rock, Arkansas and Dale and Paula Case, Richland; grandchildren, Bryce, Zachary, Monroe, Chris, Trish, Zach, Courtney, Tyler, Cody, Darin, Erica, Justin, Jaelyn and Trevor; five great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m., Thursday, November 10, 2016, in the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Chapel, Crocker.

Funeral services will be held for Sherry at 12:00 noon, Friday, November 11, 2016, in the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Chapel, Crocker with Bro. Jurrel Fincher and Bro. Sammy Dismang officiating.

Interment will be in the Assembly of God Cemetery, Crocker under the direction of the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Crocker. Pallbearers for Sherry were Terry Masoner, Derek Kelly, Justin Sloan, Josh Haney, James Menear and Cody Doyel. Honorary pallbearers were Zachary Woody and Bryce Woody.
