Tammy Rose Forthman of Crocker was born on October 5, 1964, at San Luis Obispo, California a daughter of David Gary and Judith Rose (Fanning) McFarland and departed this life on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at her residence. Tammy had attained the age of 55 years, 11 months and 21 days.

Tammy was united in marriage on August 5, 2008, at Waynesville, to Aaron Forthman. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Holly McFarland.

Tammy had been employed in the food service industry working in several different restaurants. She enjoyed coloring and murder mystery shows.

Those left to mourn the passing of Tammy include: her husband, Aaron Forthman of rural Crocker; her step father, Gary Davis; two sons, Brian Bollinger, Springfield and Daniel McFarland, Lebanon; one grandson, Carson Lee Bollinger; one sister, Julie Jones, Rolla and many other relatives and friends.

Per Tammy's wishes, the family elected cremation with a private family memorial service to be held later and burial in the Ozark Memorial Gardens, Rolla.
