Tera Marie Best, 47, of Dixon, was born on February 19, 1974, in Orange County, California, to Teri Edmunds and departed this life on Monday, December 13, 2021, to be with her daughter, Brianna who preceded her in death on January 29, 2001.

She married her loving husband, Brandon Best on October 12, 2002. In addition to her daughter Brianna, she was preceded in death by her grandfather, Charles H. Williams on September 8, 1993 and her mother-in-law, Linda Best on August 26, 2001.

Tera had been a dispatcher for the past thirty years and had made many accomplishments in her respective field and career. She had attended the Word of Life Fellowship Church, Dixon  and enjoyed coloring and crafts, writing poems, she loved helping others and being with family and friends.

Those left to mourn her passing but cherish her memory include: her husband, Brandon Best; her daughter, EmiLee Best; her mother, Teri Edmunds, her father-in-law, Richard Best; her grandmother, ImoBelle (Nickie) Williams; her grandmother-in-law, Maxine Best, all of Dixon; a brother, Andy Fields, state of Arizona; and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until service time at 12 noon, all on Friday, December 17, 2021 in the Assembly of God Church, Dixon. Pastor Jerry Dooley, Word of Life Fellowship Church, Dixon will officiate.

Interment will be in the Dixon Cemetery next to her beloved daughter, under the direction of the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Dixon.

Memorial contributions are suggested by the family to the Ronald McDonald House or  per the wishes of the family with envelopes available at the church or the Long-Kloeppel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Dixon.
