Obituary

Ute Gertrud Grimsley, age 80 of Crocker, was born on July 24, 1944, in Pirmasens, Germany. A daughter of Doni and Gertrude Wagner and departed this life on Friday morning, September 6, 2024 in the Life Care Center of Waynesville.

She married William Moore on September 4, 2019, at Crocker, who preceded her in death on June 22, 2021. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, Doni and Gertrude; her grandson, Jayden Wayne Davis on January 10, 2014 and her three brothers.

During her working life, Ute had worked as a waitress retiring in 2007, however her favorite job was working on the family farm, baking and cooking for her family. She loved to plant flowers and always had a beautiful flower garden.

Those left to mourn the passing of Ute include: her children, Clyde Seger (Tisha) of the state of Alaska; Grace Obay (Tom) state of Washington; Manuela Johnston (Scott) state of Arizona; Lillie Page, state of Washington and Deanna Moore (Jeremiah Martinez) St. Robert. Her grandchildren; Angel Eubanks, Mackenzie Sture, Dylan Sonnenschein, Daniel, Kyle, Michael and Elizabeth Johnston, Donovan, Fiona and Kevin Obay; along with 8 great-grandchildren many other relatives and friends.

In following the wishes of their Mother, the family elected cremation under the direction of the Martin-Kloeppel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Crocker.

Memorials in memory of Mrs. Ute G. Grimsley are suggested by the family to the Life Care Center Activities Fund with envelopes available at the funeral home or in care of Martin-Kloeppel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, P.O. Box 700, Crocker, MO 65452.
