William Yancy "Bill" Ford, 55 of Dixon was born on February 20, 1966, at Urbana, Illinois a son of Harlan Eugene and Cordelia Mae (Pedigo) Ford and departed this life at 9:11 a.m., Monday, October 8, 2021 in the Lake Regional Health System, Osage Beach.

Bill had worked in nursing homes and done factory work. He enjoyed the great outdoors and all that nature had to offer.

Those left to mourn the passing of Bill include: his children, Stetson Johnson, Dakota Ford and Daniel Ford; his father, Harlan Ford, his mother, Cordelia "Mae" Sudheimer; his siblings, James Wall and his wife, Crystal, Dewey Ford, Robert Ford, Joseph Ford and Chrissy Ford; his two grandchildren; numerous nephews and nieces and many other relatives and friends.

The family elected cremation with a private memorial to be held at a later date and time.
