William "Will" Jason Mills, age 53, of Dixon, was born on December 13, 1970, in Spartanburg, South Carolina, the son of William Franklin and Julie Anne (Abel) Mills and departed this life on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at his residence.

Will was united in marriage on August 11, 2001, at Loxahatchee, Florida to Miss Jamie Leigh Hines and to this union, four children were born. He was preceded in death by his father on October 10, 2013.

Will had been employed as the store manager for Town and Country Grocery Store in Crocker until his failing health. He will always be remembered for his kindness to others and always making everyone feel important. Will enjoyed hiking and just being at home enjoying his family.

Those left to mourn the passing of Will include: his wife, Jamie Mills; their children, Hollianne Mills, Saydee Mills, Jonathan Mills and Luke Mills, of Dixon; his mother, Julie Mills, of Port St. Lucie, Florida; two sisters, Jamie Hawkins and her husband, Tommy, of Leslie, Georgia and Jenifer Minasian and her husband, Blaine, of Lake Park, Florida and many other relatives and friends.

In following the wishes of Will, the family elected cremation under the direction of the Martin-Kloeppel Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Dixon.

The family will host a memorial gathering at a later date, time and place to be announced.
